Direct booking terms and guest requirements for your stay.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is 12:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Children
Both room types accommodate up to two children below 15. Children without an extra mattress have no additional occupancy charge; an extra mattress for a child is ₹700 per night.
Breakfast
Breakfast is a paid fixed menu, served from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Vampire Club on the Ground Floor.
Advance to confirm
One night's room charge is required as an advance to confirm a direct reservation.
Cancellation
Cancel up to 1 day before check-in to be eligible for a refund. Eligible refunds are made to your bank account or UPI.
No-show
The advance is non-refundable in the case of a no-show.
Date changes
Date changes are allowed subject to availability; the price for new dates may vary.
Taxes
Applicable GST is additional to the quoted direct room rate.
Security deposit
No routine security deposit is required.
Early check-in and late check-out
Subject to availability and an additional charge.
Guest requirements
Government photo ID required for all guests; local IDs accepted. Minimum age of the primary guest: 19. Unmarried couples and foreign guests are welcome. Alcohol is permitted in guest rooms. Non-smoking rooms, with a designated smoking area. Pets are not allowed.
Parking
Free underground parking for approximately 10 cars, subject to availability. Valet service Friday to Sunday.
Reservation confirmation
An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only after confirmation from the hotel and receipt of the advance.
